The George Barnsley Surface Stitching Groover leather working tool is also known as a Punch-bit Groover
Traditionally designed for shoemakers to cut open grooves on top of the sole however it is a tool that be used to create grooves in leather for any leathercraft project
The Groover has an adjustable guide to bear on the edge of the sole or leather so that the groove runs parrallel, it is fininshed with a polished beech handle and steel ferule
The cutters are removable so that they can be replaced in time, spare cutters are sold seperately
