Its distinctive “screw” design refers to the adjustable blade assembly, secured via a central screw mechanism, allowing the blade to be tightened, adjusted, or removed for maintenance and sharpening.
 
This practical, workshop-focused design has been used for generations in tanneries where durability, control, and ease of maintenance are essential. The screw-fitted system ensures the blade remains firmly fixed during heavy use, while still allowing straightforward adjustment when required.
