This pattern has remained largely unchanged for generations, valued for its balance of cutting power and control when working over a beam or flat surface.
 
Forged and finished in Sheffield, this tool continues that legacy using modern steel and heat treatment processes while retaining the feel and function of the original workshop knives used across Europe for over a century.
